I began my journey in the alternative/holistic health field in 2000 with my first Reiki class. It was a very profound and empowering beginning which has led me to meander down many paths. Since then I have become a Reiki Master/Teacher in both Traditional Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki. I also began my studies in Herbalism and Aromatherapy at that time, becoming certified in both, and enjoy living a more healthful life.
Learning about and living with herbs and essential oils are part of life for me. It has been a pleasure and a blessing to learn about them all and each of their aspects and I continue my studies.
